I had a wonderful stay at your establishment, and your staff provided excellent service. However, I believe there's room for improvement regarding alcohol consumption. On December 25th, numerous fights broke out involving glass bottles. For safety reasons, I would suggest that guests be required to bring cans instead of bottles to prevent potential injury, especially around the pool area.

Almost a 5 star resort this one. Anyhow, we need more play areas for children 0 - 9 of age. Also the closing time must be adjusted because 7 P.M is too early. Let's purchase the entry tickes at the gate and let's use a computer for registry because a book is not gonna keep up.

Nice place. Great music. Good food. However, there's always a delay with the food. They almost always fail to meet the deadline. The resort is pretty small. Not sure how it would work during peak seasons like December when it's packed. Basic maintenance is also a bit of an issue - stuff like broken toilet door handles and toilet paper, and the patchy lawn. Still a nice place though regardless.
